Handcrafted Fair Trade silver jewellery

At Cariad Designs, we hand make jewellery using only Fair Trade silver, which we combine with semi-precious stones and pearls.  The Fair Trade silver we use is made by the Karen Hill Tribes of Northern Thailand, and some of the pieces we use are made in very small batches, and are not remade when those batches sell out.

We are committed to the principles of Fair Trade – paying producers fair prices, supporting producer organisations, assisting with access to markets etc - and we are currently sourcing Fair Trade semi-precious gemstones for use in our designs.   

Should you see a design you like, but would prefer a different stone, then please feel free to contact us as we undertake commissions.
